EARTHROCK is a creative membership world. We publish original music, writing, artwork and experiences. Everything we release is our own work or is licensed to us, and it remains our property unless we say otherwise in writing.
You may enjoy, stream and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, re-sell, re-upload, or redistribute our music, art or writing as your own, or strip our name from it.
Some works are offered for sale, including on a pay-what-you-want basis. Prices are shown in pounds (£) unless stated. Sales of downloadable digital goods are handled by our checkout partner and are final once delivered, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.
Members who join and claim a place in the world are responsible for the content they add. Content must be their own, lawful, and true to the spirit of EARTHROCK. We may remove anything that isn't.
The world is offered as-is. We pour care into it, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from its use, to the fullest extent the law allows.
We may update these terms as the world grows. The current version always lives on this page.
